I use EzineArticles.com all the time, but had never thought about the timing of the submission. Article submission is one of the best online advertising methods around in my opinion.
If you saved up articles that you wrote all week and only submitted them on Wednesday, you could be at the top of several categories for that extended time frame. If they were all in one category, you could also conceivably be the first 3, 5, or 10 articles listed for that time.
